The search box in the top navigation searches your whole field at once. One search covers assets, anomalies, media, and documents, and results appear as you type — there is no need to know which page a record lives on before you look for it.

Use the Result Type filter to show one kind of record at a time — for example anomalies only, or media only. The count for each type stays visible, so you can see where the other matches are. If the type you picked has no matches, select Search all types to return to the full list.

Search does not stop at the first page of matches. Scroll toward the bottom of the results and the next batch loads automatically, continuing until a footer confirms that every match is shown.

If you change your search while scrolled down, the page holds its place — the results you were reading stay put until the new ones are ready.

Search matches the query against a record — names, IDs, titles, file names, and properties such as dive number, work order, and project. It does not match text that is displayed in a video or photo overlay. If you are looking for footage by something shown in an overlay, search by dive number, work order, project, title, or file name instead.
