Keeping data up-to-date in Enaimco

How Enaimco uses automated integrations and workflows to keep your asset data, anomalies, documents, and operations current without manual effort.

Written by John Ennis

Keeping data up-to-date is essential for a system of record — and a challenge that plagues adoption of similar platforms. Enaimco stays relevant by incorporating automated data integrations and operational workflows that reduce the burden of manual maintenance.

DVR Integrations (ROV photos, readings & videos)

DVR integrations are the primary method for keeping anomalies, readings, and media updated and linked to the associated assets. This happens automatically during inspections using the information available on the DVR overlay, removing the need for manual post-processing and linking.

Documents

For documents, we recommend using DMS links that point to the latest revision of the document. This removes the need to continuously update file references throughout the app — whenever the document is revised in your DMS, Enaimco will always surface the current version.

Anomalies & Valve Operations

Once your historical anomalies and valve operations are imported during onboarding, new revisions and operations can be submitted, reviewed, and approved using in-app workflows. This ensures relevant stakeholders are notified, actions are completed, and provides end-to-end visibility and auditability.

3D Model & 2D Map

Finally, as equipment installations and changeouts happen, our team of subsea engineers and 3D modellers ensure your virtual environment stays synced by providing timely updates and support.

By combining automated data capture, system integrations, and structured workflows, Enaimco ensures your data stays accurate, connected, and actionable over time. Instead of relying on manual updates, your team can trust that the platform reflects the latest state of your assets—supporting better decisions, improved efficiency, and full lifecycle visibility.
