Option 1: File Upload Page
Click the File Upload icon.
Drag & drop files or select manually.
Review uploaded content.
Note: You can upload files up to 5GB each directly through the File Upload page (raised from 1GB). Files larger than 5GB are declined with a message — for very large datasets, see How do I upload inspection video and media files? for secure transfer options.
Supported formats: Photos can be uploaded as JPG, PNG, BMP, and WEBP. Videos can be uploaded as MP4, ASF, WMV, MKV, and other common formats. If a file type isn't supported, you'll see a "file type is not supported" message at selection.
Option 2: Direct to Asset
Navigate to the asset.
Go to Videos or Photos under Media.
Click Upload Video or Upload Photo.
Select and upload your files.
Note: Uploaded media is automatically linked to the asset.
