You can upload both large and small inspection media directly into Enaimco.

Uploading Smaller Files (50 MB – a few GB)

  1. Go to the Media section in the Enaimco platform.

  2. Select the relevant asset or component.

  3. Click Upload Media, choose your files, and save.

If you run into any issues, please contact the Enaimco team for support.

Uploading Large Files (Hundreds of GB to Terabytes)

Preferred Method: Azure Storage (SAS Token)

We recommend uploading large datasets via Microsoft Azure using a Shared Access Signature (SAS) token.

The SAS token is:

  • Time-limited – includes an expiry date.

  • Scoped – restricted to a specific container in our storage account.

  • Permission-limited – typically upload-only.

How to Upload

Use the SAS token with one of these Microsoft tools:

  • Azure Storage Explorer (Desktop App): Graphical interface for browsing and uploading files.
Note: If you are unfamiliar with Azure Storage Explorer, you can read our support article on Uploading files with Azure Storage Explorer

  • AzCopy (Command-Line Tool): Fast, scriptable utility for large-scale data transfers.

When you’re ready, we’ll provide the SAS token and setup instructions.

Alternative Method: SFTP

If Azure transfer doesn’t fit your workflow, we can provide an SFTP connection.

  • Works with any SFTP client.

  • Provides a secure, traditional file transfer option.

Other Options

In special cases, we can coordinate alternative transfer methods (e.g., shipping a hard drive or arranging a direct cloud transfer).

Next Steps

When you’re ready to upload:

  1. Let us know your preferred method (Azure SAS token or SFTP).

  2. We’ll share the credentials and instructions.

If you run into any issues, please contact the Enaimco team for support.
