You can attach:
PDFs, drawings, or reports
Emails or memos (saved as files)
Photos, video clips, or ROV media
When viewing or editing the anomaly record, use its Videos, Photos, and Attachments tabs to upload related files.
Finding what is already attached:
The Attachments tab lists the anomaly's files in a table with Title, Document Numbers, and Type columns. Sort by any column, page through longer lists, and use the controls on each row to download a file or share it with a colleague.
