You can log a new anomaly in Enaimco during or after an inspection.

To log an anomaly:

  1. Navigate to the details page for the relevant site, asset, or component in the platform.

  2. Click + Anomaly in the top-right corner.

  3. Fill in the anomaly details, including:

    • Title and description

    • Criticality (Low, Medium, High, or Unknown)

    • Source – select where the anomaly was identified:

      • Operations – identified during normal operations

      • Inspection – identified during a scheduled or ad hoc inspection

      • 3rd Party Inspection – identified by an external contractor or service provider

      • Unknown – source has not yet been determined

    • Tags (e.g., operational, electrical, compromised)

    • Media attachments, if available (photos, videos, documents)

  4. Save the anomaly to add it to the anomaly register.

If you have trouble logging an anomaly, reach out to the Enaimco team for help.
