Overview
The Anomalies module lets you create, review, and track subsea anomalies, whether they are found in inspection footage, equipment readings, or system alerts.
Key Features:
Create anomalies and add observations tied to assets or components
Attach media (photos, clips, notes) for full context
Track review history and feedback with a built-in timeline
Plan and track follow-up work using activities, with owners, due dates, and progress updates
Pinpoint anomalies on schematics, 2D maps, and 3D models (if applicable)
Log readings separately and associate with anomalies when relevant
Getting Around an Anomaly:
Each anomaly opens on its own page with tabs across the top — Details, Observations, Activities, Videos, Photos, and Attachments. An information panel stays visible beside the tabs showing the anomaly's status, its key properties, and its latest observation, so that context is always to hand. Each tab has its own address, so you can bookmark or share a link to the exact view you are looking at.
