Adding a Revision to an Existing Anomaly

Use revisions to update existing anomalies without overwriting the original data

Steps to Add a Revision:

  1. Open the Asset Hierarchy and locate the relevant asset.

  2. Click Anomalies in the Resources section.

  3. Find the anomaly you want to update and click its Identification Code.

  4. Click Add Revision (top-right corner).

  5. Fill in the revision form with new information.

  6. Click Submit to finalize the revision.

Note: Anomalies can't be assigned to new assets once they are approved. Instead, you can request a closeout of the existing anomaly and create a new anomaly on the correct component.
