Creating a New Anomaly

Log a new anomaly when you identify a subsea issue

This feature requires the AnomalyCreate permission.

Steps to Create an Anomaly:

  1. Navigate to the asset using the Asset Hierarchy.

  2. Click Anomalies in the Resources section of the Service Panel.

  3. Click Create Anomaly (top-right corner).

  4. Fill in the form with the required anomaly details.

  5. Click Submit to save the anomaly.
