Copy IPv4 address to paste into the Enaimco website
5. Click "Test Connection" — the platform will attempt to reach the DVR and auto-discover the connection protocol

3. Select a component
4. Select Update Overlay
5. The setup should be complete and the overlay on the DVR should be in sync with the Enaimco application
Important limitation — single connection
The DigitalEdge device can only support one HTTP connection at a time. Before connecting from the Enaimco platform, ensure no other browser tabs, applications, or devices are connected to the DVR.
Note: Specific DigitalEdge device configuration steps (firmware settings, API enablement) may require input from DigitalEdge vendor documentation. Consult the vendor's documentation or contact DigitalEdge support for device-specific setup.
Conclusion
The DVR is now connected and recordings, clips, stills, and overlays can be controlled through the Enaimco application.
