Different asset types may have different severity impacts. The CoF configuration allows you to set impact severity by asset type across four default dimensions:

  • Financial

  • Environmental

  • Health & Safety

  • Regulatory

Steps

  1. Go to Admin β†’ Risk β†’ Consequence of Failure

  2. Review or add Risk Factors

  3. Select one or more Risk Profiles (e.g., Flowline, XT, Riser)

  4. Assign a CoF level (1–5) for each Risk Factor

Outcome

This defines the maximum consequence used in the Risk Matrix calculation.
