Managing Control Activities

Define and manage the inspection and monitoring activities linked to specific asset types. Set up codes and assign control activities across multiple risk profiles.

Control Activities define the inspection or monitoring tasks associated with reducing risk (e.g., GVI inspection, CP survey).

Steps

  1. Go to Admin → Risk → Control Activities

  2. Select + Activity to create a new activity

  3. Enter:

    • Name

    • Code

    • Applicable Risk Profiles (asset types)

  4. Save
