Updating Action Progress and Understanding Action Notifications

Learn how to log progress updates, track completion, and understand notifications.

Adding Progress Updates

From the Action Details side panel:

  1. Click + next to the progress timeline

  2. Select the Status (Open, In-Progress, Blocked, Completed)

  3. Add a Comment describing the update

  4. Click Save

Each update is logged in a Progress Timeline, showing newest to oldest entries.

Notifications

Automatic notifications are sent when:

  • A user is assigned an action → sent to the owner(s)

  • A progress update is created → sent to the anomaly owner

This ensures all stakeholders stay informed without manual reminders.

Reviewing in Meetings

Teams can now run anomaly review meetings directly from the platform:

  • Sort or filter actions by priority, owner, or status

  • Discuss progress inline

  • Add updates in real time—no spreadsheets required
