What is the Actions Feature
The Actions feature provides a structured, persistent system for tracking and managing all activities taken in response to anomalies. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, email threads, and informal notes—helping teams ensure accountability, traceability, and efficient follow-up.
With Actions, you can create, assign, track, and close out responses directly within the Anomalies module.
