Adding Baseline Risk Assessments

Define likelihood of failure to establish a baseline for monitoring change.

Baseline assessments ensure every asset begins with a defined starting LoF for each Failure Mechanism.

Steps

  1. Go to Risk → Overview

  2. Select a Risk Profile missing assessments

  3. Click Add under the Assessment column

  4. Set LoF for each Failure Mechanism

  5. Save
