Creating a Report with AI Assistance

Quickly generate reports using natural language with the AI Assistant

Requires the ReportGenerateLLM permission.

How to Use AI to Create a Report:

  1. In the Report List tab, click AI Assistant or Create.

  2. Type what you want the report to show. Example:

    • “Report on all CK anomalies in the field”

  3. The AI will generate a draft report with filters applied.

  4. Review and refine as needed.

  5. Click Save Report and enter a name to save it.
