What if my model is taking a long time to load?

If the 3D model seems slow or takes longer than expected to load, here are a few things to check:

1. Check your internet connection

A stable, high-speed connection improves performance, especially when loading large models with detailed assets and media.

2. Use a supported browser

Enaimco works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Close other heavy browser tabs or applications that may consume resources.

3. Ensure your hardware meets requirements

For the best experience, use a modern laptop or desktop with the following recommended specs:

  • 8+ GB RAM

  • Dedicated graphics card

  • Current operating system updates

4. Try refreshing

Sometimes a quick browser refresh or restarting your session resolves temporary performance issues.

5. Still slow?
