Before accessing your environment for the first time

Before your team can access the Enaimco application, there’s a quick one-time setup step to connect your organization’s Microsoft account.

1. Access Your Organization’s Unique Link

Use the link provided to your organization to open the Enaimco application.

2. Complete the Microsoft Consent Process

The first person from your organization to access the application will see a Microsoft consent screen.

This is a standard Microsoft security step that grants Enaimco permission to work with your organization’s Microsoft account.

3. Accept on Behalf of Your Organization

To enable access for everyone in your organization, one person must accept the consent form on behalf of the organization.

  • This only needs to be done once.

  • After consent is granted, all users in your organization can sign in seamlessly.

4. Administrator Permissions May Be Required

Depending on your IT policies, you may need administrator privileges to complete this step.

If you see a message like "Admin approval required", it means your IT administrator must approve the connection. Please contact your IT team to complete the setup.

Once Complete

After consent is granted, your organization’s users will be able to log in to the Enaimco application with their Microsoft account (subject to your organization’s settings).

Actual access inside the application is still governed by roles and permissions, which are assigned by your designated user administrator during onboarding.
